Khalil returns to the U.S. triumphant and is no longer the same young man who left.  With the sudden assassination of Shing Ching, his son Liu Wei the new Dragon King, is forced to flee to the US.  Covertly he tracks down Khalil and Khalil finds himself the only one he can trust.  Khalil finds the hood that his family shielded him from all his life is now his army and protection force tasked with defending Liu Wei, the new Dragon King from threats both internal and externally until the traders are found and illuminated.  Khalil realizes his path is not just about personal victory; it’s about taking on a new role, that of a guardian with the Hood of Savannah as his mark of authority and his army as his means of defense
